that there isn't any damage to the exterior. Here is a list of washing your car
the right way.
-Frequently Washing your car can maintain your car and
preserve its shape.
-Not washing it often or carelessly washing it can worsen
the condition of the paint.
- Don't let the dirt, droppings, dead bugs or other
contaminants build up on the paint surface. Give your car a rinse every so
often.
- Rinse of your car after a period of rainy weather (if area
has acid rain.) This can leave permanent marks on your cars paint.
- Wash your car first thing in the morning or in a shady
cool place. You want to wash your vehicle when the surface is cool.
- Pre-Rinse your vehicle to get off the extra loose debris
to prevent scratches on the surface.
- Do not use household detergents to wash your car. This
will strip the protective wax coating and may dull your paints finish. Always
use a car wash soap formula.
- Wash and rinse your car in sections. This helps prevent
the soap from drying while you are going around soaping it up.
- Use a large sponge and/or a lambs-wool mitt. Using these
will prevent hair line scratches on your cars surface.
- Use a separate bucket for suds an rinse water. This keeps
dirt from getting mixed in the suds bucket.
These tips will keep your cars exterior protected and always
looking good.
